How long have you been a part of the Rebalance family? I’ve lost track of time to be honest (lol) – about 4 years I think. I started when the Stafford studio first opened.
How long have you been an instructor for? I’ve been teaching for 5 years.
When did you start doing pilates/yoga/barre and when did you start instructing it? I started doing yoga and pilates back in the early 2000s, and barre in just the last 3 years. I started teaching pilates 5 years ago, barre and yoga 3 years ago.
What do you enjoy the most about pilates/yoga/barre? I love how we can challenge our bodies in so many different ways through pilates (especially from a core-strengthening perspective), and how yoga brings so many wonderful benefits to body and mind. The more I practice and teach yoga, the more it becomes about the importance of stillness and breath, rather than trying to achieve difficult postures.
What studios do you instruct at? I instruct at the Strathpine studio.

What do you loooove about your clients? I love how warm and welcoming my clients are. They’re always ready to have a chat and a laugh with each other, the instructors and new people.
What exercise is your favourite? Planks in all their different forms
What exercise is your least favourite? Teaser (tight hip flexors are not my friend)
