We recommend you,
- Wear comfortable clothing to pilates workout as you do to any fitness workout session.
- Keep a large water bottle, towel, and yoga mat with you. (Optional as Rebalance already have these in the studio)
- Keep yourself hydrated before coming to the class.
- Avoid consuming heavy meals 2-3 hours prior to the session.
- No need to overdo it. Perform the poses at your own pace.
Yes, you’ll need to make a booking before attending a class as we have limited spots only due to the current pandemic situation. Visit our ‘Timetable’ section to book a suitable class or contact us directly to get the details.
It is important to understand that you won’t be able to perform all the poses accurately in your first class. So keep a constant interaction with our trainers. They will help you with all the issues you are having during the class. Furthermore, if you have any other queries, give us a call. We are happy to help.
For booking cancellation, inform the studio 2 hours prior to the class. If the cancellation is made less than 2 hours before the class, you will have to pay a $20 no-show fee.

Being consistent is the key to see results with any workout session. Take the classes at least 3 times a week to see the best results of pilates.PILATES Or consult the trainer to see what they recommend is more suitable for your fitness goals.
There is no need to spend dollars on expensive clothing, simply wear something you feel comfortable in and won’t restrict your movement. For instance, wear leggings or tops that provide good support during the session.
It isn’t essential to be able to touch your feet or be super flexible in the first class you attend. Everyone starts at a different place, but yoga will help you to become stronger and flexible over time.
