Recipe: Bliss Balls

I’m sure I’m not the only one with a massive sugar addiction I struggle to admit, it’s my kryptonite!! And there’s nothing worse then going to a Pilates or yoga class and getting home so hungry you binge on all the bad foods and feel like all the good in the class was pointless. The cure: finding a good bliss ball recipe as your go-to sugar hit.
My choc peanut butter protein bliss balls are my go to when I want something sweet and naughty but not too bad for me, (well, as bad as a block of chocolate hahah).
Just mix them up and roll in coconut no need to be refrigerated even!
You can play around with the quantities as long as they mix enough to make a ball you’re good to go.
Here’s my recipe, it’s super easy:

Choc Peanut Protein Bliss Balls

1 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp honey
4 tbsp peanut butter (I use Mayvers)
50g Oats
30g coconut
10g protein powder (I use chocolate)

Mix together and roll in extra coconut.
