TRANSFORM BARRE

 

 

Barre has a strong emphasis on Pilates and alignment whilst adding the fat blasting benefits of plyometrics to create this as a FUN and PLAYFUL way to sculpt your best body.

YIN YOGA

 

Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised very much in a more active style of asana practice. The yoga with poses are typically held for longer periods of time—three minutes or more per pose is typical.

WARRIOR YOGA

 

This hatha yoga class systematically works the entire body, stretching muscles, building foundational strength, detoxing internal organs, stimulating the glandular systems, and challenging the cardiovascular system. This 60 minute class is appropriate for beginners and more experienced students alike. It is truly a complete mind-body work-out.

IGNITE YOGA

 

 

Conducted in a heated room of 30 degrees celsius, Ignite Yoga is designed to relieve stress; balance and strengthen the glandular system, circulation, digestion and nervous system; reverse the aging process; and reshape muscles, tendons and posture.

We practice REAL Yoga, a true mind body experience. Our classes are designed to tone, lengthen and strengthen the body while rebalancing and reconnecting your mind.
